To help us serve you better, please:

  • Be ready 20 minutes before your scheduled pickup
  • Secure any pets to allow safe entry and exit
  • Have your mobility aids (wheelchair, walker, etc.) ready
  • Bring your appointment letter and any necessary medication
  • Pack a snack or drink, especially if diabetic
  • Lock your home and carry your key with you

Booking with CareTransit – Support in Motion is easy — whether you’re scheduling for yourself, a loved one, or a client. We offer two convenient ways to book your ride:

Book by telephone

  • Step 1: Call our team at (441) 620-2273 (CARE)
  • Step 2: Share your ride details
    (date, time, pickup/drop-off, mobility needs)
  • Step 3: We’ll confirm availability and schedule your ride
  • Step 4: Receive your invoice and
    send payment screenshot to info@caretransit.bm
  • Step 5: Get your confirmation email with trip details

Book by Email

  • Step 1: Download or request our booking form
  • Step 2: Fill in key information of your ride details.
  • Step 3: Email the completed form to info@caretransit.bm
  • Step 4: Our team will call you to confirm and schedule your ride
  • Step 5: Receive your invoice and send payment screenshot
  • Step 6: Get your confirmation email with trip details

Just give us a call at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll assist you with any changes.
