Can someone travel with me?

We welcome companions to travel with their loved ones. At Care Transit, we strive for people-centered care. Please specify if a companion will be accompanying you at the time of booking.

Billing & Payment

How does billing work for NEMT services?

We bill based on the type of trip (one-way or round trip), wait time, and any special accommodations. Every quote is personalized and transparent.

We accept major credit and debit cards, online bank transfers.

For private-pay clients:
– A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
– The remaining balance is due on the day of service
– You’ll receive an invoice with all the details

We keep pricing clear and upfront. If there are any extra costs—like extended wait times, extra stops, or after-hours service—we’ll explain them before your trip. No surprises, just trust.
